Rate Advancement Path

•Standard Rate ($45.20/hr): Current tier — 40-hour assessment + insurance compliance required.
•Enterprise Rate ($67.80/hr): Available upon fielding a crew of 2–3 qualified technicians.
•Installation scopes: flat rate set by OTO at bid award, issued in writing prior to commencement.

W-9, MSA, and insurance documentation are not required during the application. They will be collected during the approval of employment and must be submitted in full before transitioning to a direct OTO engagement and rate advancement.
